Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective production plans and schedules to align with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze OEE metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure zero stockouts while minimizing excess waste.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff to foster a culture of safety and quality.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with zero-defect standards.
- Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand and adjust production strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning or supply chain supervision.
- Strong understanding of OEE concepts and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for logistics coordination).
