We are seeking a highly motivated Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager to join our team in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between HQ and our factory floor, ensuring seamless material readiness, optimized production scheduling, and absolute on-time delivery.
As the PPC Manager, you will lead the charge in driving operational efficiency and mitigating production bottlenecks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules to meet customer delivery targets.
- Coordinate material requirements planning (MRP) to ensure zero downtime in factory operations.
- Monitor production workflows and resolve bottlenecks to maintain continuous, efficient production cycles.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to balance cost and availability.
- Collaborate closely with HQ and factory teams to communicate production status and supply chain updates.
- Analyze production performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the planning team to foster a culture of accuracy and accountability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Production Planning, Inventory Control, or Manufacturing Operations.
- Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and production scheduling methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
