Join PT Sri Intan Toki Industri as a Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) Specialist and become the backbone of our manufacturing excellence. In this critical role, you'll orchestrate seamless production workflows by optimizing planning processes and meticulously controlling inventory levels. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive production planning schedules aligned with demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and safety stock parameters to prevent shortages or overstock
- Coordinate procurement of raw materials and supporting components to meet production timelines
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Generate regular reports on KPIs including inventory turnover, production efficiency, and order fulfillment rates
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and distribution
- Lead stock count activities and implement inventory optimization strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC or production planning within manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and forecast trends
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to operational details
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
