Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage master production schedules based on sales forecasts and available capacity.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on production status, material requirements, and inventory turnover.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety protocols during the production planning phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local manufacturing software).
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with cross-functional departments.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, lean manufacturing principles, and material requirements planning (MRP).
