We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven PPIC Supervisor to join our manufacturing facility in Karawang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for orchestrating the balance between production capacity, inventory levels, and customer demand. You will lead the planning department to ensure seamless operational flow, minimize lead times, and optimize material utilization to maintain our competitive edge in the manufacturing sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules based on sales forecasts and machine capacity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
- Collaborate with production managers to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve throughput.
- Analyze production performance metrics to generate reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate data in the ERP system to ensure visibility into stock levels and order status.
- Manage and mentor a team of planning staff to ensure departmental goals are met consistently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in utilizing ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing, Kanban, JIT (Just-in-Time), and safety stock management.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Ability to work effectively in Karawang and manage shifts or operational requirements as needed.
