Are you a seasoned Production Planning professional with a background in the building materials industry? A prestigious Japanese manufacturing company based in Tangerang is looking for a dynamic Production Planning Manager to lead their supply chain and manufacturing operations. This is a strategic role for a professional who possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to bridge communication between local teams and Japanese management.
As the Production Planning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production cycle, ensuring efficiency, optimizing inventory levels, and meeting strict delivery deadlines. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high quality and precision standards synonymous with Japanese manufacturing excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules to ensure timely delivery of building material products.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels and material availability.
- Lead and mentor the production planning team to enhance operational efficiency and goal achievement.
- Analyze production performance metrics and implement process improvements to reduce waste and downtime.
- Manage capacity planning and resource allocation to meet fluctuating market demand.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese leadership, providing regular reports and translating business requirements into actionable plans.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, quality protocols, and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in production planning, preferably within the building materials or heavy manufacturing sector.
- Must be fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher is highly preferred) to facilitate communication with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in ERP systems and production management software.
- Proven ability to manage complex supply chains and production environments.
- Excellent leadership and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Willingness to be based in the Tangerang area.
