Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and optimize production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and high-quality output.
- Monitor production line performance and analyze technical data to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects (Kaizen/Lean Manufacturing).
- Oversee the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Maintain production documentation, including shift reports, maintenance logs, and technical process updates.
- Conduct regular audits of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support to the production staff to ensure all teams are working in alignment with production goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in technical software such as AutoCAD, SAP, or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
