Maxxis, a global leader in high-performance tire manufacturing, is currently seeking detail-oriented and experienced Production Process Staff to join our expanding team in Cikarang. We are looking for technical professionals to fill two critical roles: Defect Analyst and Prelaunch Trial Specialist.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing excellence program. You will leverage your deep understanding of quality control methodologies to minimize production waste, optimize process efficiency, and ensure that our products meet the highest international safety and performance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate and execute prelaunch trial runs for new tire models to ensure process stability and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze production line data using 7QC tools to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate and lead Quality Control Circle (QCC) activities to foster a culture of continuous improvement on the factory floor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve technical issues during the manufacturing trial phase.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of process trial results, defect reports, and quality audit findings.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the tire or automotive component industry.
- Proficiency in 7QC tools (Fishbone diagram, Pareto chart, Histogram, etc.) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in running production trials or quality defect analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical production data.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate strong leadership skills in QCC initiatives.
- Good proficiency in English or Bahasa Indonesia for technical documentation and communication.
