Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect all stages of seafood production to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct regular quality tests and analyze results to identify any deviations from specifications
- Implement and maintain food safety protocols in accordance with HACCP principles
- Document production processes, quality checks, and corrective actions in compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes
- Ensure all products comply with local and international food safety regulations
- Train production staff on quality control procedures and food safety practices
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Marine Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or production management in the food industry
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in quality control testing methods and documentation procedures
- Knowledge of seafood processing and preservation techniques
- Certification in food safety or quality management is a plus
