Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production shifts to ensure targets are met within scheduled timelines.
- Monitor and maintain production line equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Enforce strictly defined Quality Assurance (QA) and Food Safety protocols (HACCP/GMP) on the floor.
- Manage and mentor floor staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with supply chain and maintenance departments to ensure seamless material flow.
- Develop and implement operational reports to track production KPIs, waste reduction, and output quality.
- Promote a culture of safety, ensuring all employees adhere to OHS regulations and facility policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of FMCG manufacturing processes and retail supply chain dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of production operators.
- Technical proficiency in operating and troubleshooting automated production machinery.
- Solid knowledge of safety standards (K3) and food industry certifications (ISO/HACCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts based on production demand.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is highly preferred.
