Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules to optimize capacity utilization and meet delivery targets
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure material availability
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules dynamically based on real-time variables
- Generate performance reports for KPIs like OEE, throughput, and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan equipment downtime without disrupting output
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production planning processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning/scheduling within manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production data
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory control methods
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
