Based in our advanced production facility in Bekasi Utara, Jawa Barat, the SLDP is designed to mold future leaders who possess both deep technical proficiency and a robust operational mindset. You will undergo rigorous training across production, maintenance, supply chain, and quality assurance to build a comprehensive foundation in world-class manufacturing operations.
Throughout the program, you will tackle real-world challenges, lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and learn directly from experienced mentors. Our goal is to equip you with the skills to optimize production efficiency, ensure top-tier quality, and lead diverse teams effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Engage in a comprehensive rotational assignment spanning Production Operations, Maintenance Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain Management to gain a holistic understanding of the manufacturing lifecycle.
- Lead and execute continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects aimed at enhancing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reducing waste, and optimizing throughput on assigned production lines.
- Supervise shop floor teams to ensure strict adherence to daily production schedules, safety protocols (K3), and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend robust corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and deliver technical training modules for production operators and technicians to elevate workforce skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Logistics, HR) on new product introductions (NPI) and plant modernization initiatives.
- Assist the Production Manager in preparing operational budgets, manpower planning, and performance reviews for the production department.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous learning on the manufacturing floor.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Food Technology from a reputable university.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Maximum of 2 years of work experience (fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds and organizational leadership are highly encouraged).
- Proven leadership abilities demonstrated through campus activities, organizations, or previous work projects.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Python, or Minitab.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- High resilience, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn in a hands-on shop floor environment.
- Willing to be fully placed on-site in Bekasi Utara, Jawa Barat, and flexible with shift schedules during the program.
