Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee daily production line activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet company and international textile standards.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve production bottlenecks or machinery issues in real-time.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance and logistics, to optimize workflow.
- Maintain accurate production logs and prepare daily performance reports for management.
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety (K3) protocols on the factory floor.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase output quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Staff or in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of textile manufacturing processes and machinery maintenance.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to work in a shift-based environment in Tangerang, Banten.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
