Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient output
- Conduct quality checks and maintain production standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain workplace cleanliness
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily production targets
- Document production data and report equipment issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Train on new equipment and processes as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certificate (SMK preferred)
- 1+ years manufacturing/production experience
- Basic knowledge of quality control procedures
- Ability to work in shift-based environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn technical equipment operation
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for data recording
