Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain production machinery and assembly tools in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production output to ensure targets are met daily while minimizing downtime.
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections to ensure every part aligns with Suzuki’s strict quality standards.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen workshops to optimize workflow.
- Strictly adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations and company safety protocols.
- Execute preventive maintenance checks to ensure equipment longevity and operational reliability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation following 5S principles.
- Report production status and any technical anomalies to the supervisor promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or a related technical field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in automotive manufacturing is a significant advantage.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in shifts (including night shifts) as required.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow complex technical instructions accurately.
- Disciplined, reliable, and capable of working effectively in a team-based environment.
- Basic understanding of K3 (Safety) procedures and lean manufacturing concepts.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward learning and skill development.
- Willing to be placed at our manufacturing facility in Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
