Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain coffee roasting equipment to ensure consistent product quality
- Monitor production parameters including temperature, roasting time, and bean moisture levels
- Execute quality control checks at various stages of the production process
- Package finished coffee products according to company standards and hygiene regulations
- Maintain clean and organized production facilities in compliance with food safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste
- Document production data and maintain accurate batch records
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in food production preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee processing methods and quality standards
- Ability to operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product consistency
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Understanding of HACCP and food safety principles
