Kualifikasi
- Minimum vocational high school (SMK) degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2+ years experience in manufacturing production/maintenance roles
- Proficiency in ISO quality management systems and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Technical knowledge of industrial machinery and production processes
- Problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Valid technical certifications (e.g., mechanical maintenance) preferred
- Ability to work in shift-based production environments
