Tanggung Jawab
- Operating and monitoring packaging machinery to ensure high-speed production output.
- Performing quality control checks on finished goods to ensure adherence to packaging standards.
- Managing inventory flow, including loading, unloading, and organizing stocks within the warehouse.
- Maintaining accurate digital or manual logs of daily production and stock movements.
- Ensuring all warehouse activities comply with standard operating procedures (SOP) and food safety regulations.
- Collaborating with production supervisors to minimize downtime and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Performing regular equipment maintenance checks and keeping the workstation clean and organized.
- Adhering strictly to workplace health and safety (K3) protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse role is highly preferred.
- Strong physical stamina to handle manual labor and warehouse equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts if necessary.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and safety practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must be willing to be based in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur.
