Tanggung Jawab
- Operate production machinery and assembly tools for wire harness manufacturing according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Execute daily production targets while maintaining high quality and precision standards.
- Perform regular quality checks on finished components to ensure zero-defect output.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with 5S and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors and team members to troubleshoot production bottlenecks.
- Document daily production logs and report any machine malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance line efficiency and waste reduction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably with a technical background.
- Prior experience in automotive manufacturing or production environments is a significant advantage.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow complex technical instructions accurately.
- Willing to work in shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices and workplace health regulations.
- Strong commitment to team productivity and professional punctuality.
