In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our production floor, ensuring that our assembly lines operate at peak performance while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
As our Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for translating production targets into actionable daily schedules. You will manage a team of skilled operators, troubleshoot bottlenecks in real-time, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance output. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute daily production schedules to meet volume and delivery targets.
- Optimize assembly line workflows and proactively identify/resolve production bottlenecks.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of floor operators to ensure high productivity.
- Enforce strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols (K3).
- Analyze production data and KPIs to report on efficiency, downtime, and material waste.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams to ensure equipment reliability and product standards.
- Lead shift briefings and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and production scheduling.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a high-pressure setting.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel or ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with floor staff and management.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule as required by production demands.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industrial safety regulations.
