Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily production activities to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.
- Monitor production output against daily targets and adjust workflows to meet deadlines.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout the production process to minimize waste and defects.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies across the factory floor.
- Manage team scheduling, performance tracking, and training to foster a high-performing workforce.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with maintenance and supply chain teams to ensure equipment readiness and material availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a time-sensitive environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards and industrial safety regulations.
