Tanggung Jawab
- Support and manage the production budget for the department, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
- Mentor, coach, and develop production workers, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Oversee daily production schedules to meet targets while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address performance issues promptly.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics teams to minimize downtime and optimize production flow.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical) or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in agro-industry.
- At least 1-2 years of proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of production management, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to be based in Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat, and work in a plantation/manufacturing environment.
