Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure adherence to schedules and production targets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of production operators to maintain high performance.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with company safety and quality standards (SOPs).
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly production reports for management review.
- Manage workforce scheduling and shift allocations to ensure optimal productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of production management principles and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
- Excellent leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
