Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence? Simatelex Manufactory Co., Ltd. is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Batam. In this role, you will be the backbone of our production operations, tasked with planning, implementing, and controlling efficient manufacturing strategies to meet our high quality and output standards.
As a Production Supervisor, you will lead floor operations, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure that all safety protocols are strictly followed. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, minimize downtime, and deliver world-class products. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is not afraid to hit the factory floor, mentor junior staff, and drive the success of our production lines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring targets are met within specified deadlines and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor production plans to optimize machine utilization and labor efficiency.
- Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across the factory floor.
- Manage and mentor a diverse production team, fostering an environment of accountability and professional growth.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and initiate continuous improvement projects (Kaizen/Lean) to reduce waste.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is serviced and operational.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and prepare detailed performance reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage multi-disciplinary production teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software (ERP/MRP).
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
