Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure targets are met within schedule and budget.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve optimal team performance and development.
- Monitor production output, quality control standards, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production area.
- Prepare comprehensive production reports and analyze performance data to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with maintenance and warehouse departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing principles, and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and ERP/Production management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Willingness to work in shifts and maintain a hands-on approach on the production floor.
