Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise production floor staff to ensure operational excellence and high morale.
- Monitor production schedules and output to ensure all targets are met within specified timelines.
- Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols at all times.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve production bottlenecks to improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company and international industry standards.
- Maintain detailed production records, logs, and reporting for management review.
- Collaborate with maintenance and supply chain teams to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or chemical processing plant.
- Strong understanding of Oleochemical production processes or heavy manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule as required by production needs.
