PT Gik Tech Berjaya Indonesia is a leading manufacturing firm located in the heart of Batam. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that our output meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will be responsible for leading a team of operators, optimizing production workflows, and maintaining compliance with company policies to meet our strategic objectives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure operational targets are met on time.
- Manage, train, and mentor production team members to maintain high levels of productivity and safety.
- Monitor production output and quality metrics, implementing corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Ensure full compliance with company safety standards, environmental regulations, and local labor laws.
- Optimize production workflows to reduce downtime, waste, and operational costs.
- Maintain accurate production records, reporting on daily output, machine performance, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality assurance departments to resolve technical issues and equipment downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of operators.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software (ERP/MRP).
- Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis in Batam Kota.
