Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily production floor operations to meet delivery targets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of production staff to maintain high performance.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere strictly to company safety and quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules and allocate resources effectively to minimize downtime.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular team briefings and provide constructive feedback for staff development.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality control systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and production management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
