Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor daily and weekly production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of production operators to achieve operational KPIs and safety targets.
- Analyze production performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across the production floor.
- Manage resource allocation, including manpower, raw materials, and machinery maintenance.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure products meet company and international standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including logistics and quality assurance, to streamline operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a production supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing principles, and 5S methodology.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and production management software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm approach under high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work in shifts and possess a strong commitment to operational excellence.
