Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure targets are met within budget and on schedule.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of production operators to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor production output, quality standards, and machine performance to minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across the production floor.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement effective process improvements.
- Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain and equipment availability.
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume manufacturing environment (FMCG industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse production team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts and based in Cikarang.
