As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring that our high-quality standards are met while optimizing output efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor daily and weekly production schedules to meet volume and delivery targets.
- Lead and supervise production floor staff, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control protocols.
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs, taking proactive steps to minimize downtime and waste.
- Coordinate with maintenance and supply chain teams to ensure equipment readiness and material availability.
- Enforce health, safety, and environment (HSE) regulations to maintain a secure workplace.
- Prepare accurate production reports for management regarding output, labor efficiency, and equipment utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing principles, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in a team-based setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
