Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily production line operations to meet target outputs and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to enhance productivity and maintain high morale.
- Monitor and analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and ensure optimal usage to reduce wastage.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to schedule preventative maintenance and minimize machine downtime.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly production reports for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and Halal certification standards.
- Proven ability to lead a diverse team and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts if required by production demands.
