Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and coordinate daily production line operations to meet target outputs and quality standards.
  • Lead, train, and mentor production staff to enhance productivity and maintain high morale.
  • Monitor and analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials and ensure optimal usage to reduce wastage.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance department to schedule preventative maintenance and minimize machine downtime.
  • Prepare accurate daily and weekly production reports for senior management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and Halal certification standards.
  • Proven ability to lead a diverse team and foster a collaborative working environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts if required by production demands.
