Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Lead, train, and supervise production staff to maintain high performance and safety compliance
- Implement and monitor production schedules, optimizing workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular quality inspections and process audits to maintain product integrity
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for production processes
- Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements
- Manage inventory control and raw material utilization to reduce waste
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing
- Proven track record in supervisory or leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (GMP, ISO, HACCP)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Advanced proficiency in production management software and MS Office
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
