Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily production activities to ensure all output targets are achieved according to the production schedule.
- Monitor and control production costs, minimizing waste and optimizing the use of raw materials and utilities.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols and Food Safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, and Halal).
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and coaching for production staff to enhance technical skills and productivity.
- Analyze Production KPIs such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and implement corrective actions for any variances.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance and Quality Control teams to ensure machinery reliability and product excellence.
- Prepare accurate daily and monthly production reports for senior management review.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the FMCG or Food & Beverage manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of production planning, inventory management, and quality assurance processes.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing a team of 30+ operators.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts and be stationed at our Karawang plant.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
