Join Asahi Diamond Industrial as a Production Supervisor and lead our manufacturing operations to excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise production teams to ensure efficient daily operations and meet production targets
- Implement and maintain quality control standards and continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower operational costs
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain departments
- Train and develop team members to build technical and leadership capabilities
- Monitor KPIs and prepare production reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
- Proficiency in quality control systems and safety standards (ISO/OHSAS)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Proficient in production management software and MS Office applications
