As a Production Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our production floor. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that our high-quality flavor products meet strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet manufacturing targets and deadlines.
- Monitor production output to ensure quality compliance with food safety standards and internal specifications.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Implement and oversee safety protocols (K3) to ensure a secure and hazard-free working environment.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and ensure proper documentation of production logs.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure machinery is functioning optimally and perform routine checks.
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports for management regarding production progress and issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and make quick, effective decisions.
- Experience in managing shift schedules and labor resources.
- Willing to be based in Cibitung, Jawa Barat.
