PT. Berkah Karya Jaya Sentosa is a dynamic and fast-growing manufacturing company specializing in high-quality design and printing solutions (printing/screen printing). As we continue to expand our operations in Semarang, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our production floor, responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production targets are met with the highest quality standards, and managing our production team to achieve operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Supervise, train, and mentor production floor staff to ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety protocols.
- Monitor production output to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained and waste is minimized.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies (Kaizen/Lean).
- Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure raw material availability and equipment readiness.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in accordance with industrial health and safety standards (K3).
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing environment, preferably in printing or textiles.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality control processes.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and basic production management software.
- Willingness to be based in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
