Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production activities to meet quality, quantity, and safety targets
- Lead and mentor production teams, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and other industry standards
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to resolve production issues
- Prepare production reports and analyze KPIs for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control systems
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
