- Supervise daily production activities to ensure targets and quality standards are met

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing leadership
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control systems
- Proven ability to manage teams and optimize production workflows
- Problem-solving skills with attention to operational details
- Experience with production planning and inventory management
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office Suite
