We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring that our craftsmanship meets the highest industry standards while optimizing workflow efficiency.
As our Production Supervisor, you will be the bridge between design concepts and tangible results. You will lead a dedicated team on the workshop floor, monitoring daily output, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement in our production processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate the entire production process for furniture, interior elements, and fixtures in the workshop/factory.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor production quality to ensure all outputs meet company standards and client specifications.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with procurement to prevent production delays.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines on the factory floor.
- Analyze production workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in furniture or interior manufacturing/carpentry supervision.
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of workers.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings or blueprints for furniture and interior fixtures.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of basic English is a plus.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Pusat and work within a full-time factory operation schedule.
