Monde Mahkota Biskuit is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations in Ciracas, Jakarta Raya. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily production of high-quality biscuits and wafers, ensuring that our products meet stringent industry standards and customer expectations. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the production floor, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce waste. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily production schedule for biscuit and wafer manufacturing lines.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations.
- Monitor production output to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production operators and line staff.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve any product defects or deviations.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, including downtime and efficiency metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of biscuit and wafer production processes and machinery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high pressure.
- Basic understanding of HACCP, ISO, or GMP standards is preferred.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
