Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure targets are met within budget and on schedule.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of production operators and line leaders.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (K3) and food safety standards (HACCP/GMP).
- Monitor production output to minimize waste and optimize material utilization.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment uptime and perform preventative maintenance scheduling.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) strategies.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
- Deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and ISO standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for troubleshooting production issues.
- Willingness to work in shifts and be stationed in Cikarang.
