Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and supervise production line teams to ensure daily output targets are achieved.
  • Monitor and maintain production quality standards according to HACCP and ISO regulations.
  • Analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure swift resolution of machinery downtime or technical issues.
  • Manage shift scheduling, employee performance, and team safety compliance.
  • Ensure inventory of raw materials and packaging supplies is managed effectively to minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular reporting on production efficiency, yield, and operational costs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably within the dairy or food and beverage industry.
  • Deep understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and Food Safety Standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule as required by production demands.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills.
