Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise production line teams to ensure daily output targets are achieved.
- Monitor and maintain production quality standards according to HACCP and ISO regulations.
- Analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure swift resolution of machinery downtime or technical issues.
- Manage shift scheduling, employee performance, and team safety compliance.
- Ensure inventory of raw materials and packaging supplies is managed effectively to minimize waste.
- Conduct regular reporting on production efficiency, yield, and operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably within the dairy or food and beverage industry.
- Deep understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and Food Safety Standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule as required by production demands.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills.
