Cahaya Prima Sentosa is a leading manufacturing company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor - Finishing to join our team in Cikarang Selatan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our production operations meet the highest standards of efficiency and quality.
As the Finishing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the final stages of the production cycle. You will lead your team to optimize workflow, uphold strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure that every product leaving our facility exceeds client expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the Finishing department to ensure seamless production flow.
- Monitor and ensure all finishing processes strictly adhere to company SOPs and safety regulations.
- Take full accountability for meeting daily and weekly production output targets.
- Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and maximize product excellence.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to the production staff.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Prepare regular reports on production status, material usage, and team performance for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing or finishing environment.
- Deep understanding of production processes, quality management systems, and SOP implementation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and production reporting tools.
- Willingness to work in Cikarang Selatan and adapt to dynamic production schedules.
