Advanex is currently seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor specializing in Injection Molding to join our dynamic team in Cikarang Selatan. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our production operations, ensuring that our plastic injection processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor daily plastic injection production processes to ensure output meets scheduled requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of operators and technicians to maintain high morale and peak performance.
- Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all finished products adhere to technical specifications and client requirements.
- Analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Manage machine uptime, coordinate preventative maintenance schedules, and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across the production floor.
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports and communicate production status updates to the Plant Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields).
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a supervisory or leadership role within an injection molding manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of injection molding machinery, mold changeovers, and plastic material properties.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and resolve interpersonal conflicts.
- Solid understanding of 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Willing to work in a shift pattern and located in or willing to relocate to Cikarang Selatan.
