Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met efficiently and effectively
- Lead, train, and motivate production team members to maintain high performance standards
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product excellence
- Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure equipment is functioning optimally
- Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Prepare production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking team members and international partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing management
- Proficiency in Mandarin language (both written and spoken)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with production planning and inventory management
- Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office applications
