Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the milling department to meet production targets.
- Ensure all milling processes adhere to strict quality control standards and technical specifications.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate a team of milling machine operators to enhance individual and collective performance.
- Monitor and perform routine maintenance scheduling for milling machinery to minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols on the production floor.
- Analyze production data and generate reports on output, waste reduction, and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless workflow and delivery schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader, specifically within a milling or precision machining environment.
- Strong understanding of CNC milling operations, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage conflict and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software (ERP/MES) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required and ability to work under pressure.
