Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules are met and output targets are achieved.
- Enforce strict adherence to GMP regulations, internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of operators and technicians to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor product quality in real-time, investigate deviations, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Engineering departments to resolve technical issues and optimize processes.
- Prepare and review production reports, including batch records, yield data, and downtime analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
- Ensure proper inventory management and equipment maintenance coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a strong preference for experience in Oncology or sterile product production.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and local pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a multi-shift team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred for reporting and communication.
- Valid Industrial Safety training certification (e.g., Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja).
