Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor daily production activities to ensure targets are met on time and within quality specifications.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise production floor staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols throughout the production facility.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Analyze production data and generate performance reports to identify bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies (such as 5S or Kaizen) to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ISO quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields).
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing environment, preferably in casting or metal processing.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality control systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be based in Karawang Timur and work in rotating shifts.
