The Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to oversee our Tubing Line operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process, specifically focusing on Slitting and Tube Mill/ERW operations. You will lead a high-performing team to ensure that our production targets are met with uncompromising quality and safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the Slitting and Tube Mill (ERW) lines to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise production staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and safety protocols.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with international steel industry standards.
- Develop and implement operational schedules to maximize line efficiency and reduce scrap rates.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and execute effective process improvements (Kaizen/Lean).
- Ensure strict adherence to K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations within the factory floor.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and oversee equipment maintenance schedules to prevent operational delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a steel pipe or heavy manufacturing environment.
- Deep technical understanding of ERW (Electric Resistance Welding) and Slitting machine processes.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical/production issues on the fly.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office for production reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
